Application Deadlines for the Folger Institute 2014-2015 Programs

 

Please note that many of this year’s offerings have only one deadline. These are marked with an asterisk below.

Admission and Grant-in-aid deadline for:

 

Performing Restoration Shakespeare

Amanda Eubanks Winkler and Richard Schoch direct a fall faculty weekend workshop on Friday and Saturday (14 and 15 November 2014).

 

Advanced Early Modern English Paleography

Heather Wolfe directs a December weeklong workshop (8 – 12 December 2014).

 

The Scale of Catastrophe: Ecology and Transition, Medieval to Early Modern

Jeffrey Jerome Cohen directs a spring semester-length seminar on Thursdays (29 January – 23 April 2015).

 

Debating Capitalism: Early Modern Political Economies

Julia Rudolph and Carl Wennerlind direct a spring semester-length seminar on Thursdays (29 January – 23 April 2015).

 

Afterlife of the Reformation: Embodied Souls and Their Rivals

Brad Gregory directs a spring semester-length seminar on Fridays (6 February – 24 April 2015).

 

Science in Early Modern Atlantic World Cultures**

Maria Portuondo directs a fall semester length seminar Fridays (3 October – 12 December 2014).
