Elementary Education Webinar - 2011

Recorded October 3, 2011

Shakespeare is for Everyone!

Folger Education has been bringing the Bard to elementary classrooms for almost 30 years. In 2011 we began showcasing dedicated lesson plans and materials specifically for 2nd-6th grade teachers and students, and kicked it off with this Webinar:

Watch it  HERE!

Join Folger Elementary Programs Coordinator, Lucretia M. Anderson, Elementary and ESL featured teacher, Holly Rodgers, and Associate Director and Education Coordinator of the Murray Shakespeare Festival, Dr. Barbara M. Cobb for this pre-recorded and archived webinar which introduces the Folger’s hands-on approach to bringing Shakespeare to your elementary classroom!

This webinar was hosted by Elluminate Live. If you've never attended an Elluminate Webinar before, we recommend acquainting yourself with the system using their quick Online Orientation.

If you’re hesitant about starting Shakespeare education early, or want to learn more about why we know it works, sit back and enjoy this  hour-long online presentation at your leisure!
