Students receive 20-25% off tickets to most programs.
Student Rush Tickets are offered at 50% discount to most programs, when purchased at the Folger Box Office window, beginning one hour prior to the event, subject to availability.
Advance Half-Price Student Tickets are available for selected Folger Consort and Folger Theatre performances. Call the Folger Box Office at (202) 544–7077 for more information.
Senior Citizens, Teachers, and Military receive 15-20% discounts on most programs. Seniors must be 65 or over to receive discount.
Folger Members are offered up to 25% off of two tickets to most programs.
Limited Standing Room Tickets for sold-out events are generally offered at 50% discount and may be purchased when the box office window opens one hour before event time, subject to availability.
Groups of 10 or more receive discounts of 15-20% on tickets to most programs. Groups must purchase tickets in advance by calling (202) 675-0336.
EngAGE is a program of the Folger Shakespeare Library that offers last-minute discounts via e-mail to patrons ages 25 and under to selected Folger events on an irregular basis. Please Note: Discounts must be requested at time of purchase. Please bring a valid ID with you when picking up tickets at the Folger Box Office. There are no discounts for thePEN/Faulkner Awards Ceremony, Folger Poetry seminars and suppers, academic, education, and family programs. Discounts may not be combined with any other special offers, including member prices. Senior and student discounts cannot be combined with other discounted special offers. All discounted tickets will be held at the Folger Box Office window and will be available for pick-up beginning one hour prior to the event.
