Adopt for: $350

Tikhon Nikolaevich Khrennikov, 1913–2007. Piat pesen iz muzyki k komedii V. Shekspira Mnogo shuma iznichego… Moscow; Leningrad: Iskusstvo, 1939.

These three songs were incidental music to the Vakhtangov Theatre’s 1936 production of Much Ado About Nothing. It brought early success to Tikhon Khrennikov (1913–2007), a leading, if controversial, Soviet composer. The music is a fine addition to our theatrical collection and complements our holdings of Russian editions of Shakespeare.
