Bruvel is a modern day computer artist who transforms mental ideation to virtual and actual reality. Inside the Dream is the artist's creative representation of some of the dreams we experience - transforming ideas from virtual to actual states of reality. Bruvel believes that his creative partnership with the computer allows him limitless possibilities to explore artistic expression and consciousness.
Bruvel has adopted the computer as a creative assistant in ways that few others have. Like a hybrid centaur, part civilized sophisticated man, part instinctive natural beast, he uses a tool and medium of science-- a PC platform computer.
Born in Sydney, Australia, in 1959, Gill has been studying art since he was 9 years old. He is currently creating functional art, sculptures, and paintings and has been exhibiting his work since 1974 in various places around the world.
