Owen Williams is the Assistant Director of the Folger Institute, and has been at the Folger Library since 1999. He has a Ph.D. in English from the University of Pennsylvania. He has published on early modern religious and political culture, and is editor of Foliomania! Stories Behind Shakespeare's Most Important Book.
