At the conclusion of every Folger Institute program or seminar, each participant is required to evaluate it. These evaluations are critical for our planning of future Institute offerings. We would therefore appreciate your thoughtful responses to the following questions. So that the program is fresh in your mind, we ask that you submit your responses at your earliest convenience.
N.B.: Your anonymity is protected by the evaluation system we use, unless you choose to override that by including your name or otherwise identify yourself. We will forward program evaluations to the seminar director and / or the organizers of the conference, symposium, or workshop in which you participated. The Institute staff will also study them, and we will share specific comments with our colleagues in the Reading Room and elsewhere in the Folger, as relevant. We also report on participant evaluations to the relevant planning committees and/or funding agencies. These may include the Central Executive Committee, made up of faculty representatives from consortium universities, the Steering Committee of the Center for the History of British Political Thought, and other program-specific funders, should that apply. Some funding organizations may require program participants to respond directly to them; others may require the Institute to forward all received program evaluations. If you would prefer that your remarks be held in confidence by the program director and / or organizers and the Institute staff, please check the appropriate box on the following screen. Whenever possible, we will honor your evaluation's confidentiality if this box is checked.
Please keep in mind that the Institute will welcome your additional comments at any time in the future. Also, if such things as conference panels, publications, or revised curricula result from your participation in an Institute program, we will be grateful to hear of them.
