One of the benefits of becoming a member of the Folger Shakespeare Library is the opportunity to attend special donor events, as well as opening night receptions for our theater productions and exhibitions. Members are welcome to learn more about the Folger's programs and meet the artistic forces behind them.
New members are also invited to a behind-the-scenes look at the Library. This guided group tour includes commentary by experts from the Folger staff and visits areas of the Library, such as the Gail Kern Paster Reading Room, which are normally closed to the public.
