WALKING DIRECTIONS FROM SOUTHWEST PARKING GARAGE TO GASTON HALL:

From the Southwest (SWQ) Garage, take the elevator up to level 1.  You will exit from one of the following two locations:

If you emerge indoors, go out the door on your left and then turn left immediately.  You'll continue past the Hoya Snaxa shop and once outside the archway, turn right onto the sidewalk (the athletic field will be on your left).  When you come to the stop sign, cross the street.  You will see a sign for the Department of Public Safety off to your right.

Either take the stairs up under the giant concrete arch or for elevator access, enter the building under the Department of Public Safety sign, beneath the stairwell. From this lobby with vending machines on the right, take the elevator up to level 3.

Continue on the ramp straight ahead. At the end of the path, bear right diagonally to where the ramp meets the pavement. Turn left onto the road and then immediately turn right onto the brick path. Follow this path along the right-hand edge of the Quadrangle (Dahlgren Chapel will be on your left, the Healy Building directly in front of you with the spire). Enter Healy through the automatic doors. From there, turn left to access the elevator, located on the right shortly before the carpeted area. Exit at the third floor and proceed straight ahead into Gaston Hall.

ACCESSIBLE ROUTE: If you emerge outdoors (facing Wolfington Hall), turn right at the campus map and take another immediate right onto the sidewalk. Continue straight to the intersection at Library Walk (O’Donovan Dining Hall will be on your right) and cross the street diagonally to the left (following the lines in the crosswalk). You will see a sign at Village C for the Department of Public Safety on your right.
