Browse and adopt recent additions to the Folger collection during our annual benefit for the collection each spring.
Guests can examine more than 70 rare books, manuscripts, and works of art that have been added to the collection in the past year. Folger curators, conservators, and librarians are on hand to answer questions.
A buffet dinner is served in the historic Great Hall, where guests can enjoy the spring exhibition.
Adopt-a-Book
Support the Library's acquisitions program by adopting a rare item acquired for the Folger collection. Adopted items receive a bookplate identifying you or the person you wish to honor. Online adoptions available year round!
