The Folgers Our Founders

Explore the collecting history of founders Henry and Emily Folger through highlights from their early purchases. The Folgers’ collecting extended beyond Shakespeare to his world; highlights include the first printed edition of Euclid’s Elements and a handwritten letter from Elizabeth I to James IV of Scotland.
