Caroline Clay

Caroline Clay is a twenty-five year veteran of stage, film and television. Most recently she played both Hippolyta and Titania in the Folger Theatre production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. A native Washingtonian, she is currently on faculty at her alma mater, the Duke Ellington School of the Arts. She holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Philadelphia’s University of the Arts and an MFA in Performance from University of Maryland: School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies. She is a playwright and active deviser, committed to telling the stories of unsung women of color in history.
