Alexa Alice Joubin

is Professor of English, Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies, Theatre, International Affairs, and East Asian Languages and Literatures at George Washington University and director of the Digital Humanities Institute. She co-edited the Broadview edition of King Lear and co-founded the MIT Global Shakespeares open-access digital performance archive. Specializing in AI, Shakespeare, and adaptation studies, she is a leading voice in AI and social justice.
