Kerry McGee

Kerry is a multidisciplinary artist, working in the DMV as a director, actor, writer, and graphic designer. A co-founder and owner of Literary Adventure Society, Kerry also serves as the company’s Creative Director. She conceptualizes and designs all of the mystery experiences, both at-home and live. Everything from the scripts for the audio plays to the tea blends and clues have been created by Kerry. To date, Kerry has written four Loveday Brooke adaptations and has spoken at multiple conferences about Victorian-era Lady Detective fiction. Additionally, as the Artistic Director for We Happy Few, a non-profit classical theatre company in Washington, DC, Kerry works steadily in the performing arts, writing, directing, and producing plays. During the global pandemic, she pioneered We Happy Few’s immersive at-home theatre experiences.
