Bring your friends and join the Folger for relaxed summer evening with food, drinks, music, dancing, poetry, and more. It’s a chance to discover new artists and performers and explore the Folger’s galleries and gardens.

Join us for the first Folger Friday of the summer as we welcome acclaimed hip-hop and spoken word artist Kokayi for an evening of music and poetry.

Picnics are welcome on the Folger lawn and drinks will be available to purchase. Our exhibition halls will be open throughout the evening; timed-entry passes are recommended.
