What is the Digital Anthology?
The Digital Anthology of Early Modern English Drama is a hub for exploring over 400 early modern English plays that were performed in London's professional theaters between 1576 and 1642. The Anthology features fully searchable descriptions of 403 plays, with links to further resources.
There are also 40 documentary editions of the first printing of works such as Christopher Marlowe's Doctor Faustus, John Ford's 'Tis Pity She's a Whore, and Ben Jonson's Bartholomew Fair.
