Synopsis:

The Romans honor Volumnia as she returns.

Enter two Senators, with Ladies (Volumnia, Virgilia,
Valeria) passing over the stage, with other Lords.


SENATOR 
3703  Behold our patroness, the life of Rome!
3704  Call all your tribes together, praise the gods,
3705  And make triumphant fires. Strew flowers before
3706  them,
3707 5 Unshout the noise that banished Martius,
3708  Repeal him with the welcome of his mother.
3709  Cry “Welcome, ladies, welcome!”
ALL  3710 Welcome, ladies, welcome!
A flourish with drums and trumpets.
They exit.
